1. Overview
Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is committed to providing genuine IT hardware products at competitive prices. We aim to ensure that all customers receive products in good working condition. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and warranty claims may be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong item delivered

Manufacturer-defective item on arrival (DOA)

Missing accessories or incorrect product information

Item damaged during delivery (only if delivered by Bizgram’s logistics partners)
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items

All software, digital keys, and licence products

Items sold under special promotions, clearance, or “as-is” conditions

Items with broken warranty stickers, physical damage, or signs of misuse

Products that have been registered, activated, or linked to a user account
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

In original packaging

With all accessories, box, manuals, cables, and warranty cards

In resellable condition
Bizgram reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
5. Exchange & Replacement
If the product is found defective upon inspection, Bizgram will:

Replace it with an identical item, subject to stock availability, or

Offer an equivalent item, or
-
Provide support to process manufacturer’s warranty.
Replacement approval depends on assessment at our service counter.
6. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be made:

By store credit, or
-
By original payment method, where possible
Refunds may take 3–10 working days, depending on payment provider processing times. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
7. Warranty Claims
Warranty is covered by the respective brand manufacturer, unless specified otherwise.
Customers must provide:

Original invoice / receipt

Warranty card (if applicable)
Bizgram will assist in guiding customers to the correct warranty centers.
8. In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our Sim Lim Square shop:

All items are checked visually before handover

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods fully before leaving the store

No refunds for change-of-mind or incompatibility unless stated otherwise
