| All products purchased from Bizgram is covered under warranty except for certain accessories or unless otherwise specified. |
| For the First 7 Days we shall provide Free Technical Assistance for the product if it is found to be faulty or if it has manufacturing defect. |
| Bizgram beleives and trusts that all manufacturers have tested the products for Quality Assurance and is not liable for product failure or its malfunction. |
| Physical Damage / Burnt / Electric Short Circuit is not covered for servicing or warranty replacement even within the First 7 Days. |
| Technical Assistance can be obtained by Phone / Email or In Person. |
| Technical Assistance is provided based on the time available by the technical person to serve you. |

| Technical Support Service and Troubleshooting Service is provided all Bizgram System Packages System only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. |
| For Self Assembled systems/DIY Systems/ System Packages, a service charge of $30 will be levied for every service provided. Please remember that we do not install pirated software and we are fully against piracy of any software solution. |
| For DIY systems assembled from individual parts purchased from Bizgram, Free service is for first 7 days only.Subsequent service is provided at $30 per service. Customer can opt to pay $200 for 1 yr of Free Hardware Unlimited Service for BIZGRAM DIY PC. |
