DIY Desktop Warranty

All DIY desktops comes with respective product warranty. Please email us if there is a need for service.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Please bring your invoice or cash sales reciept to our service center.
2. Service center is open 7 days a week, services are done only on weekdays.
3. Customers will be issued service tag and job number.
4. Once the service is done, customer will be informed by email or phone.
5. Service period depends on the individual product and distributor handling it.
6. Products bought from us will only be taken in for RMA service.
